Arriving at the airport:

2. After collecting your checked baggage, please find the public pick-up area (underneath the Royalpark Hotel). Please proceed to Zone 1B, located outside Terminals 1, 2, and 3
The pick-up point for the shuttle bus is in the public pick-up area (Ring&Ride is 2C).
3. Wait there for 10-15 minutes. The shuttle bus will take you to the shop to complete the car rental process.
The last shuttle from the airport to the depot departs at 4:15 PM. There is no bus service on Sundays. If you miss the last shuttle, self-service pick-up will be arranged instead.
After hours pick up
1.For bookings outside business hours, shuttle service will not be available. There is no bus service on Sundays. We will arrange self-service pick-up for you. Please contact us at least 24 hours before pick-up to receive the instructions.
If you pick up the car outside of business hours, you must complete the online check-in one day in advance or during business hours on the day of pick-up. If the pick-up time is in the early morning, it needs to be done online check-in one day in advance during business hours. Otherwise, we will consider no show or assist the pick up the next day's business hours. The corresponding procedures will be sent via email in advance.

After disembarking, make your way to T2 at Melbourne Airport.
Cross over the the 2nd lane opposite T2.
Walk to the off-airport shuttle bus pick-up and drop-off area.
Once in the shuttle pick-up area, look for the White Shuttle Bus with Green Easy Parking logos
If your flight is delayed please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist with a following day collection if outside of our working hours.
There are no available baby seats in the shuttle bus. Children under 6 months are unable to travel on our shuttles, if this affects you, please contact our branch who will assist in collecting your driver to return to the rest of your party.

On arrival at either domestic or international terminals please call the following number +61 1300 458 584 pressing option 2 for Shuttle Bus or Uber pick up. The team will arrange for you a shuttle bus or pre-paid UBER which will meet you at the free Public pick-up zone - a link to automatically confirm this will be sent to your mobile number. From there the transport will take you back to the office which is 5 mins from the airport.
Once here you will then do your paperwork, check over your vehicle and be on your way. This should all take a maximum of 30 minutes from collecting your bags to getting to the location until you depart. The return journey will effectively reverse this process.
